Kathy started working for a small company, Pierre Chris, where five of them produced, from conception to finished product, a line of hand-painted silk scarves which sold throughout Europe.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eReturning to New Orleans in 1993, Kathy started designing and producing her own scarves and wall pieces. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eShe began exhibiting her work at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival in 1994 and hasn't stopped painting since.
